Acceptable Use Policy

CostumeSpell is for family-friendly Halloween costume previews. When you use the costume generator or type your own idea, you agree not to create or try to create:

• Nudity, sexual, explicit or sexually suggestive content of anyone, and any sexualised content involving minors (zero tolerance, reported where required by law).
• Gore, graphic violence, self-harm, or realistic weapons.
• Hateful, harassing or discriminatory content, including costumes that mock a race, religion, ethnicity, disability or culture.
• Images of a real person without their permission, images of public figures or politicians, or anything meant to deceive (fake IDs, fake evidence, impersonation).
• Branded, trademarked or copyrighted characters, logos or franchises.

How we enforce it

Every request is screened before any image is made: we block risky words and branded names, every typed idea is checked by an automated content-moderation service, and the AI image provider runs its own safety filter. Requests that fail are refused. Accounts or browsers that repeatedly try to break these rules can be blocked without refund.
