Using the service
- You must have the right to use any photo you upload. Don't upload photos of other people without permission; upload photos of children only if you are their parent or guardian.
- You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Generating NSFW, explicit, nude or sexually suggestive content is strictly prohibited, as are violent, hateful, harassing or deceptive images, images of public figures, and branded/copyrighted characters. We may block requests and refuse service for abuse.
- Free tries are limited per day and may be paused if demand is too high.
AI pictures
CostumeSpell is an independent product. It sends your request to third-party AI image models through our own interface and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies that make those models. Pictures are AI-generated previews and may be inaccurate. They are not photos of real costumes and don't show size or fit. You may use your pictures for personal, non-commercial purposes such as party planning and social media. Pictures may contain an invisible AI watermark added by the model provider.
Credits and payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record. One credit = one picture. Credits don't expire while the service is operating. Failed generations are refunded automatically. See Refunds.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
