Refund Policy

If a purchase didn't work as expected, email alexlifexyz@gmail.com within 14 days with your order ID. We refund unused credit packs in full, and we'll make it right if pictures failed to generate. Failed generations are already refunded to your balance automatically. Refunds are issued by our payment partner to the original payment method.
